A cacao ceremony means we sit in a circle, set intentions for the bride-to-be, and for ourselves, and drink together a delicious chocolate elixir of aphrodisiac, euphoric and uplifting herbs, superfoods and cacao; blended by hand and with love to make this blissful medicine.

Cacao has been used by the Mayans and other ancient cultures for thousands of years, to help open the heart and connect with the true-self, and with others.

 

This is because chocolate in its raw form contains a natural substance called Theobromine; which activates the heart and makes us feel gooooood.

​

This is why when we are sad or menstruating we crave chocolate! And while it is only found in tiny amounts in regular chocolate; in its raw cacao form (like in our ceremony), it is present in high quantities and has a profound and noticeable effect on our mood.

The elixir is safe for everyone; although we will recommend smaller doses for the elderly, children and those who are sensitive to natural stimulants.
